  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  • Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, if using.

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
