- 2 large ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips optional
- Pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, if using.
Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
