- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon chopped or crumbled
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, bacon crumbles, and half of the cheese.
Slice the buns horizontally (keeping the top slab whole) and place the bottom half in the dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the buns. Top with the remaining cheese and the top half of the buns.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the tops.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crisp. Let cool briefly, then slice and serve.
