Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Agave Nectar
  • 4-5 thin slices of English Cucumber
  • 1-3 slices of Fresh Jalapeño
  • For the Rim Optional: Coarse sea salt
  • For Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or slice jalapeño slice

Instructions
 

Rim the Glass:

  • If using, coat the rim of a rocks glass with coarse sea salt. Fill with ice.

Muddle:

  • In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices, jalapeño slices, and agave nectar.

Shake:

  • Add the tequila, lime juice, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until ice-cold.

Serve:

  • Double-strain the cocktail through a fine-mesh sieve into the prepared glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a jalapeño slice.
