Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat for best texture
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup or to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • For Garnish: Fresh berries raspberries, blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  • Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it becomes light, airy, and smooth.
