Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed green tea slightly cooled
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional – adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups of green tea and let it cool to a warm (not hot) temperature.

  • In a large glass or mason jar, add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and raw honey.

  • Pour in the warm green tea and stir until fully combined.

  • Enjoy immediately warm, or chill in the fridge and serve over ice.

Notes

  • For best results, use Ceylon cinnamon rather than cassia.
  • To reduce sweetness, omit honey or substitute with stevia or monk fruit.
  • Make a double batch and refrigerate for up to 48 hours—shake before serving.
