- 2 cups brewed green tea slightly cooled
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey optional – adjust to taste
Brew 2 cups of green tea and let it cool to a warm (not hot) temperature.
In a large glass or mason jar, add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and raw honey.
Pour in the warm green tea and stir until fully combined.
