Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water not boiling
  • Juice of ½ lemon about 1 to 1½ tablespoons
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine or ground

Optional:

  • 1 slice of fresh lemon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Warm the water until it’s comfortably hot to drink (not boiling).
