Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water not boiling
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine ground
  • Optional Juice of ¼ lemon
  • Optional ½ teaspoon raw honey or a dash of cinnamon for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water until it’s warm but not boiling.

  • Pour the warm water into a glass and add the apple cider vinegar.

  • Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.

  • (Optional) Add lemon juice, honey, or cinnamon if desired.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
